More Friendly Plastic

I thought I would try the griddle technique that the Americans all seem to use, as seen on Linda Petersons videos in You Tube, so went looking for a relatively small and not too expensive one!
I found the Kampa Fry Up Electric Griddle on a few web sites but ended up getting one from Outdoor World for £22.96 plus p&p, about the same as on Amazon. Delivery was 2 to 5 days, and as I ordered it on a Wednesday evening didn't think it would arrive much before Monday......  Congrats to the folks at Outdoor World. I got an e mail on the Thursday saying it had been dispatched and would arrive in 1-2 working days? So was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived at 1030 on Friday morning. Hows that for service!
It seems to work very well,  a bit of trial and error to get the temperature right, but I settled on half way between  2 and 3 on the thermostat with a piece of silicone sheet on the base of the griddle

And here is something I did on the griddle, glazed with 3D Crystal Lacquer from Sakura
