In the past two days we have had three Buff Tailed Bumblebees in the house! Don't know if they have been trying to look for a new home or just got disorientated.  They are usually to be found on our blackberry flowers or on the clematis .
This year we have had an EarlyBumblebee's nest in our garden in an old open fronted nest box. They have been feeding on the geraniums (cransbill) in the garden and the early clematis. They have  now finished and we probably wont see this type of bee for another year.

But since June we have had Garden Bumblebees visiting the honeysuckle and the jasmine as well as joining the Bufftailed on the blackberry and clematis flowers.
